I took my 2013 Kia Optima to J&H Automotive and had the most incredible experience. My steering wheel was making a rattling noise and shaking when driving on bumpy roads or when driving 65mph+. During their bumper to bumper inspection, they discovered my tensioner was cracked, causing the driving belt to slip, as well as a crack in the expansion tank for my coolant. The shop is contracted through my extended warranty with carmax, so they made sure all repairs were covered under the warranty despite pushback from the warranty company. They advised me in advance of the price points for each repair and also never pushed me to do anything that wasn’t urgent considering my financial circumstances. Additionally, they explained all details in a simplified manner to ensure I understood what was wrong and what needed to be done. To say that Jorge, Hector, Shanelle, and the auto mechanics at the shop went above and beyond would be an understatement. I am so lucky to have stumbled upon a reliable auto shop with honest, dependable technicians and will most certainly be using them for any future repairs that may arise. I recommend J & H Automotive to anyone, without hesitation!! Five stars across the board.

I had an emergency just down the street. I called and they came to help me right away. The caliper bracket bolts came out and I couldn't drive my car at all. They ordered the part, replaced it and checked all other calipers to make sure they were on properly. They were friendly, courteous and professional. I would definately recommend them and will be going back for all my mechanical needs. Thank you so much!
