We had hit a pothole on our left side and had two different shops give us quotes. This was the third estimate and only repair shop recommended by Carmax. I received not only a detailed report itemized by priority including pictures of each part that needed to be replaced which included the price and labor per item. Also, recommended but not needed items were also listed. The online software that this shops uses is excellent where you can approve or decline each repair listed. I was notified via text when my car was ready and given the option to pay online using their secure app. After living in Hemet for five years this is where my husband and I will take our cars to get repaired.

I was referred to them by CarMax, which is where I bought my 2015 Prius C. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and meticulous. I am a senior, and new to this area. It was wonderful to know that I would get service I could depend on. A bonus for me was Henry, the office mascot. Sweet Boston Terrier pup. Nice people, excellent service!

Honestly just an easy experience. I used repairpal through CarMax to find these guys and they had the best reviews, so I called and made an appointment. I accidentally showed up 15 or so minutes early and they took it in, no problem. Simple, nice, easy. Diagnosed my car issue in a couple hours even though they seemed pretty full. Ordered the part, and the job was done the next day. Got my car back in like 24 hours and they checked out the rest of my car and let me know about a couple of other things they saw. I can’t imagine bothering to take my car elsewhere when I already know they will take care of my vehicle with no BS. Shout out to Chanel too, she’s really great with clarifying anything you need to know. Thank you!

Great service and repair. I asked them to completely inspect my pick-up truck for any problems. They inspected the truck with a “fine-toothed comb”. They sent pictures of the problems they found and made recommendations on repair. They didn’t recommend anything that wasn’t needed. My pick-up is driving so much better. I highly recommend J & H Automotive Repair.
